Duct Cleaning

MTB's cleaning procedure follows strict adherence to the NADCA standard at a minimum. MTB cleans all types of HVAC systems including but not limited to:

• Fan Rooms

• Heating and Cooling Coils
• Terminal Boxes
• Air-Volume Control Equipment
• Supply, Return, and Exhaust Ducts
• Dryer Exhaust Ducts

Duct Sealing & Encapsulating

In addition to decreasing your energy bills, duct sealing ensures that the indoor air quality of your building is protected by preventing leaks in the return and supply ductwork. Leaky ductwork can lead to dust and mold problems in your system.

Existing interior duct liner for acoustical or insulating properties can have tears or holes. The liner can be repaired by encapsulating the tears with a mold and mildew resistant coating.

Ventilation System Inspection

If you are experiencing problems within your system MTB will determine the source of the issue through performing a Baseline Survey. We will measure the performance of your system and determine any deficiencies that may need correction.

Our photo and video inspection will show a representative sample of suspected areas of poor system performance and/or contaminants.
